Art; This is split into two as you seem to have started with in game snapshots for art which wasn't very exciting as they were mostly the same and weren't even dynamic exciting shots of stuff happening. The you've started doing art that looks like it was done in MS Paint. This is more expressive and produces far more variety but there is a lot of white space, and the "rendering" is crude at best. The use of spray can just seems wishful if you think it looks anything like an actual paint spray. It doesn't. Speech bubbles looked neater in the old strips because now you have ugly straight line sprouting from them.
Writing; I'm sure this strip is supposed to be funny. There is a basic joke structure but the jokes aren't particularly strong and the delivery just isn't there, mostly to do with the nature of the art. There are at least recurring characters, but having just read the strip, I can't remember anything distinctive about them apart from the fact one is in camouflage and the other is fat and in blue.
I'm sure in comics like this there are supposed to be jokes about games, but I didn't really spot any apart from a "here comes a noob" joke which I read a few times.

I really don't get this one at all. It does not appear to be a cartoon, or even a story. It is just a series of video game screen-captures with dialogue added- an electronic Mad-Lib, or perhaps Mystery Science Theater 3000, at best.
Art - None. The nominal amount of original art appears to be somebody else's work.
Story - None, as far as I can tell. Sure, there are characters, but the game moves, and once in a while the "cartoonist" stops and puts in smart-ass comments.
This was harsh, and I might get bombed for it. Perhaps I'm too old a fogey to appreciate a new art form. That said, this seems little more to me than teenagers yelling at a screen, drowning out dialogue, except it's in a game, rather than a movie.

I have to agree with the others - this comic just isn't ready for a proper review.
Art Maybe I'm just biased against sprite comics, but I just can't see this as anything more than such with next-generation graphics. And most sprite comics at least rip the sprites and manipulate them to "act" with the story, but Impulse 101 seems to just take screenshots of the game and throw in captions.
Story/Humor There's really nothing about the writing I found entertaining - it was mostly just typical, crusty old jokes like the "ALL YOUR BASE" fad thrown on top of pictures of a first-person shooter, and a few jokes that just didn't make any sense to me at all, such as the first "crossover"-style comic.
Overall It seems that the creator of Impulse 101 is just making this webcomic to pass time, and isn't actually committed to it. Which is fine, really, because even the most outstanding webcomic has no point unless the author has fun with it, but there's just no point in asking for reviews when the author himself doesn't seem very serious about it.

I can't really review this one because the link appears to be broken. I checked the writer's information page and the comic seems to be gone...
highest rating so far has been #11 in comic books, #13 overall. It's pageviews are almost half a million!!
