Despite having "Luigi" in the title, this comic is not about the mario bros. and does not use sprites.

A comic about bodybuilders. You don't see that everyday.

Art- Clean and colored. Could do with a bit of shading if you know how to use layers on Photoshop. Also the text is pretty well done and the style is good for this kind of comic.

Story- It falls through a bit here. The characters of Guido and Luigi look very similar and basically have interchangeble lines. They should each have at least one distictive personality trait so we can tell them apart, instead of having to rely on hair color. However a lot of the punchlines are pretty good. Not great, but good. And the premise is given an original twist (bodybuilding) even if it centers on two friends like so many other comics do.

Overall- And original premise with nice clean art, the characters could use some work, and the punchlines could be better.

7/10

This... isn't doing it for me. I like the art. Very stylized and professional, but the humor... it's not funny. The jokes are all one note and go with the obvious punchlines. The characters all play to that one note. This could be just a personal prefference. It may be that scrawny bodybuilders crack up to this comic. But I never came close to cracking a smile.

How to put this... It's very bland. I could see this comic syndicated in a daily newspaper. Right next to Marmaduke.

I lost interest after the first 7 pages.

Artwork: Not my prefered style, but it's still very good. It's very clean and organized. It could use a little more shading and better backgrounds, but it's still pretty good.

Storyline: Meh... It was okay, and the storyline was original, but I didn't smile once. It wasn't funny at all. And the characters were exactly the same... Will I ever find a webcomic where all the characters don't act the same?!?!

Layout: The layout is good. You understand what's going on and stuff.

Well... Sorry to say, but this comic wasn't enjoyable to me.

This year, school's full of BS!!!

same here. I'd just ditto everything he said.

I just tried picturing what kind of person would find this funny... and two images came to mind:
1) the supermusclar bodybuilder who finds scrawny guys funny.
2) the guy who's trying to become supermusclar who can laugh and relate to what those guys are going though.

a very narrow field of audience, I must say.
I'm on hitatus while I redo one of my webcomics. Be sure to check it out when I'n done! :)

Well it WAS created for a bodybuilding forum. ^_^

Same as most others, I liked the art very much, but lost interest in the strip itself fairly quickly. At first I thought it would be a comic I could really enjoy, but the jokes were fairly repetitive, and the characters failed to develop.

I agree that the jokes fall flat. I didnt find any of it funny and it was rather dull. Even the most recent one with the hip hop jokes were really lame. Maybe other people like the ones Aurora mentioned would find it funny, but its not my type thing, and some jokes I couldnt relate to because Im not familiar with the words or situations.
Its just a typical random strip with that has a particular group of people in mind, but I have to wonder if that really saves the lame joke writing. I also agree that the characters have no disctinctive personalities.

STORY: 3/10

Artwise it looks pretty good. The Coloring is nice and clean with good linework. It looks like an average comic strip you'd find in the newspaper. Its not too dynamic and the art is relatively simple with nothing too complex to draw in it and very few background details.
Sometimes they reminded me of attempted Simpsons-style characters.

ART: 7/10

I guess if you like bodybuilding for some reason or are easily amused, you might want to check this out, but if that sounds like a silly concept to you and you like your jokes witty and relavant to everyone, then you may want to pass this one up.

AVERAGE: 5/10

I am FS2 champion! w00t!!
