Here we go.

Art: Good. Not at all anatomically correct, but it's pretty obvious that's not what you were going for. Bodies are weird-looking, but that just may have been the look you were going for. It works with the comic.Good shading and nice use of ink.
Writing: This has pretty good writing. The jokes are both clear and usually funny. Good job.
Story: Okay, I have very little idea what is going on. I know Charley broke out of jail, and he's trying to kill a few people, but I don't know the reason why. It's a little confusing what exactly is happening.

Overall, I liked this comic. I think it can go far.

ok review time

art style.- it remember me "boogey el aceitoso" a old comic in my country from a politics magazine , very stylish bodies and characters ,
you an see great action in the strip not just talking heads

story.- grim & gritty has never been my cup of grace i cant be happy watching a badguy killing and brag about killing a kid , the dialogue capture the spirit of the badguys , but i cant understand why all the killing just because its fun but anyway the story its easy to follow for now but i got confuse thats it for now

CORY and Myxo are lucky guys, each getting reviews on more than one comic. Ah whatever...

Let's see...if I had to compare this comic to another comic I would say...Johnny the Homicidal Maniac crossed with Penny Arcade. That's sorta how it strikes me. Anyway, I'm a fan of Cory's animations, and I have to say I think everything that he does in comic form might be better suited to animation. But this is a comic.

The writing is humourous. That same sort of zany style of writing. The artwork is messy at times, polished at others. The problem lies in that it seems like the characters are a little too eccentric or zany for no apparent reason. That's the one real weakness of writing over the top characters. Both of them are equally idiotic. At first it seems like the guy who's not the criminal is a little more sane, but after a situation such as this you start rethinking that.

Overall it's an enjoyable comic with a visually interesting style. Though the over the top writing sometimes causes the characters to have personalities that are too similar. Also maybe more background?

I was far too mean to Cory last time. But I think I can be nicer this time.

Cops and robbers is silly. Outright bizarre! It has its funny moments, but it's lightly tainted with some lame ones as well. Sometimes it's absurd how easily predictable the jokes are, and sometimes it's gut bustingly funny. Maybe not my thing...

Artwise, it's good. He can be very good with his shading, and it's nice to know that when he wants to draw something, he can. His speech balloons are less than below par though... I never really liked hand drawn speech bubbles. The way I see it, if you're gonna use the computer anyway, why not fulfill your basic needs with them? Yes that means you too Eggbert (OFF TOPIC, I KNOW!)

So yeah. Pretty good, could use some work, but good.

I figure you guys want some of my feedback to your feedback?

Well, first of all, the style was heavily mentioned. The style was very heavily based on me not wanting to take a lot of time with comics. Kind of like sketch comics. As the comic progressed I suppose like most of my projects I began to refine the art--making it looks better.

As for the pointless violence, well, I guess I'm guilty. Although I havn't acctually drawn anyone being shot/killed within the last 18 episodes, I guess issues like this stick out like a sore thumb.

I can understand how someone could get easily lost with the comics' story line, seeing as how there is so little of one. In fact, that is the main reason it's in the Comic Listing, rather then the graphic novel section... but I can explain it if anyone cares.

Basically, Charley was wrongfully accused for a bank robbery that someone named "Wrench," who has a few minions, and a lot of cops, set him up for. Basically Charley and Att have been stuck in a warehouse for the past 16 or 17 episodes (plot device), with a few people still inside, and a bunch of cops outside.

I think CSS's linked a good page, another one of those "just out of context" pages, that doesn't make much sense, especially toward character development, but we can get a laugh out of anyway. Sure, I need to fine-tune my character development, I completely agree, but hey, Cops and Robbers is a work in progress.

Thanks for reviewing CaR, guys. I really enjoy the feedback.

You mean Eggbert. I don't make the new review threads.
