well here I am again...I see that I wasn't arrested after my first review so I thought I may as well do another!

Well. To be honest I have always enjoyed comic strips that deal with life. they make such a change from the normal fantasies of manga and/or anime. The style is also refreshing to see and is very easy on the eyes. Hard lines, and plain backgrounds sometimes work extremely well, and have done so in this comic.
Ah! Politcal incorrectness! That's what today's society lacks! I was on the floor laughing after having read some of the strips (particularly about Broke Back Mountain, and D&D) The jokes, although simple, appeal to all people. It doesn't matter if you're a government spy, or a role-play freak...you understand the jokes, even if you have no background into it.
The content is not overally offensive either. It's struck a balance between mild indesencey without going overboard too much thanks to the FCC...(insert canned laughter here...yes it was a deliberate joke!) anyway...

Once again...in an overall conclusion...

"Buddies" is an easy read for those of us that like mild, politcal incorrectness! It is not inappriprate (at least not too much!) so check it out! :D

This is Em signing out!

isn't really my kind of comic... but I'll agree with Emma here.

the artwork, while not that impressive to me does pretty nicely here for it's purpose.
as long as the writers keeps that humor constant in all their strips, then the artwork could be a steaming pile of dog poo for all I care.. just as long as it serves the general purpose of being able to reach out to all the readers out there and make them laugh.

thankfully, the artwork isn't an steaming pile of dog poo, which makes this better.

I especially liked the strip where the two were playing that game, and one of them pulls an rotten tactic.

really speaks to me, especially when I own an PS2 and I consider myself an gamer.. even of PC games.
and I have an older brother who used to do that sort of crap all the time. there was many times that I certainly wished that I could relaite in that manner that other guy did in the strip. ;)

I think every character in that strip has their own traits that could have any type of reader easily relating to them. that's a good thing.
I'm on hitatus while I redo one of my webcomics. Be sure to check it out when I'n done! :)

Alright, I play a few games here and there. Let's see what this is all about...

Geez man, this comic only has 19 pages! You're off by ONE! Damn it...

Well, I'll still write a quick review. I find the characters interesting. Billy and his left-wing political friend are the most fleshed out. The other guy (the one who hired the French Maid) is no so fleshed out. Work on that character.

However almost all of the strips are funny. The only one I skipped over was the second 'Hall of Stupid' strip. However this really isn't a gaming comic as a first thought. There's only one comic with gaming. So good job with branching out from the norm. Definitly a lot of potential here.

The vector art is clean, and it work. The font is also good and easy to read. Overall the presentation is nice.

Jokes are funny, presentation is nice. I like it. Wish you had 20 pages.
