Be Warned: this is a photo comic.

Art:

I guess phtography is art, well, apparently it is or at least so I am told, well then, the pictures are often pretty good, they are often well taken and are of good things, sometimes they are a bit angsty, but who cares? when they have been manipulated it is normally done well and is otherwise wholey posetive in effect, but photography ain't my bag.

Uhmm, humour?:

humour comes from the captions, it's pretty hit and miss, sometimes they are good sometimes they arent't, more often than not they are just a bit 'meh'. nothing really to write home about, not bad but not great.

summary:

Interested in photography? enjoy photo comics with limited humour? you will like this then, the occasional angsty pic, or pic full of dead flies is offputting for me, but there are people who like that sort of thing.

Score: 8/13
Of course you will. All intelligent beings dream. Nobody knows why.

Also, tell random people they are awsome! it helps!

I don't know if you would even call this a comic.

it's just pages of pictures with captions.... it's not the sort of thing I like. after all, I can see that same kind of thing everywhere else on the net.

there's no story here, no characters here... and as for the Art, I guess photography counts... but not so much.

If I had to rate this, it would be a 2/10 from me... the 2 points being for the photography.
I'm on hitatus while I redo one of my webcomics. Be sure to check it out when I'n done! :)

I like it. The pictures are really nice for the most part, and the captions usually look very nice. Very pleasing to look at, in general. I like the serious ones about just as much as the humorous ones, but both have some misses. I dunno. I like a lot of the ideas, and it's presented well. I don't care that it's not a "comic" in the more traditional sense, it's got a definite vibe going on.

And extra bonus points for that guy with the moustache!

Woohoo! First review since the DrunkDuck reboot! ;)

Art: Normally I wouldn't touch on the art for such a comic but since you use your own pictures (kudos for that) I probably should. The photographs are really nicely laid out. You definitely have some talent in that area.

Writing: This comic seems to be all over the map. You've got the angst driven stuff and the whacky way out there ones. And some people love that kind of stuff. Plus, it can be really fun to just post whatever comes into your head, whether you or anyone else finds it funny or not. I'm ok with that but it's not something I'd necessarily follow unless there was something I could relate to in the occasional strip (or I found the funny ones funny). And in this case, there's not really much there for me to relate to in the non-funny ones and the funny ones don't really get me chuckling either so I'm really not hooked. I do kinda like that you don't seem to be attacking people (celebrities for example) with the comic though.

This is a tough one to review because there's not much I could say to try to improve things. I actually kinda wonder what kind of tips or comments you might be looking for. It seems to be random stuff that pops into your head and while that's an ok idea for a cartoon, there's nothing really you could do to try to attract people who aren't like minded. At least not without changing the whole idea behind the comic but that defeats the purpose of it (unless you are actually trying to build something beyond what it already is, then you'd probably have to do a bit of an overhaul).

((off topic- Wow, I had a hard time signing in. Changed my password 3 times, eventually one I dumped my cache and cookies, it let me in. Phew.)

Right, comic.

I enjoyed this. Not one of my favourite comics of all time, but certainly a fun, quick read through.

Art: I certainly consider photography art. Most of it doesn't capture my attention, but these photos were well executed and interesting. I thought they were nice. Flies kind of creeped me out a little, true, but I'd like to know where she got so many. ^_^

Writing: Most of them amused me a little. No laughs out loud, but some of them made me smile, which is all you can get out of me most times. Enjoyable, but not hilarious.

Overview: A nice little comic. I'd like to see more of it. My favourite strip of the ones available was this one: http://www.drunkduck.com/Brain_Lint/index.php?p=24341

6/10.
