I really enjoy this comic. It's one of those hidden treasures comics that you have to read it not just look at the art to enjoy.
The artstyle is traditional anime/manga style. The bishonen and pretty people are everywhere in this comic. Also most of the characters are dressed goth and lolita.
The cleaness of the work really could use some working on. I really recommend using white point and black point in the curves of photoshop if you have photoshop.
I also really recommend using computer text in your text bubbles, because sometimes the words are hard to read.
Maybe for the panal boxes you can use a ruler too, depends on if that's what you want that straight look or not.
The writing: The story is origenal dispite familiar characters designs. (goth anime characters are so popular in webcomics. At least it isn't angels and demons.)It's a simple story about a girl and a boogey man Prince that becomes her friend.
The story feels like a mix of Monsters Inc and The Labyrinth. They are in a world like Monsters Inc where boogey men scare kids and like the Labyrinth because a girl goes to a strange world and there's a hot goth man there.
All in all the world of boogeyman and sandmen is really interesting. *Thumbs up!

Art: The biggest problem I see is inconsistency. As mentioned, sometimes it has color, sometimes no, something in pen, sometimes pencil, etc etc. Pick a medium stick with it.
There is also an inconsistent problem with the way you draw your characters. Some panels are well drawn, some look like you didn't put a lot of time into it. Work on that so everything is drawn as well as everything else.
You might want to consider inking your comics and bringing them into a program like photoshop and coloring in there. It would give your color a cleaner look, rather than the color pencil look.
As for the words. 99.9% of the time they are really hard to read. Go with a comic font, something from blambot or something like that. You're already porting things into your computer, so take the extra time to erase out your handwriting and put in some typed dialogue. It's easier to read, easier on the eyes, etc.
Work on your artwork. It's good, but not quite up to par yet, a lot of which is the result of the inconsistency in the panels. If it means you can't update as often as you want, start spending more time on the drawings.
Story: For the most part, the story seems rather good. I like how you've taken all those folklores about boogeymen and the sandman and woven them into your fantasy world. I do think that the action scenes could use some improving though, artistically (the battle with the sandworms was lacking), and also just length wise (the invasion of Sarah's dreams by the Sandman could have used several more pages to pan out...it seemed like she defeated his spell far too easily). One of the holes that I noticed was that boogeymen are not supposed to feel positive emotion, yet you see many boogeymen characters doing so. Now, is that because the intrusion of Sarah into their world has suddenly cause such a massive change among the masses? or is it just something else?
Granted, the story is not finished, so I can't comment on any sort of ending. I think the plot is moving well, there are just little bits here and there that should be addressed in the future.
Overall: Overall, you have a great idea, and great story, but there are some flaws with consistency in the artwork, and some minor problems within the story. It has potential to be a lot better than it is now. Just give it some work and take the advice you see in all these posts to heart and use what you can.
Keep up the good work.

Okay, here goes my review for Boogey Dancing.
ART- For the most part, the art is really good. Half of the pages are done in regular art pencil, and the other half is in colored pencils. Both the colored and B&W are great. But I'm a little more partial to the B&W. It seems to work better with the story.
STORY- Interesting so far. I like the story with Jean Patrick and Sarah.
The only thing that I can't understand is that none of the folks in Boogeyworld seem pissed off over the fact that they can't scare Sarah. If I was a Boogeyman, who's lot in life is to scare the living bejeesus out of kids, I would be a little more angry over my inability to scare her. Just my opinion.
Outside of that one thing. I like the story.
CHARACTERS- Most of the characters are pretty neat. Being a fan of vampire and monster stories, and having a unhealthy obsession with goth chicks, I like the goth designs and feel of the characters in Boogey Dancing.
THE BAD-
- Some of the writing is hard to read in some of the pages.
- The chapter cover pages. Some of them are a bit on the bland side.
- As was pointed out by some of the other reviewers, some of the artwork is a little inconsistent. Some of the pages are great. Some seem a little rushed.
FINAL RATING- Very good. I give it 4 out of 5 Twisted Evil Emotes.

I have a lot of the same beefs as everyone else. I'll just make a pro and con sheet
Pros
Great Characters
Nice art
Interesting plot
Boogeyman is cool
Cons
Hard to read sometimes
Inconsistant art
Not the best Dialogue
This is a pretty good comic, cause It interested me enough for me to go through the archive, but Its just not as good as it could be. and seriously, stick with an art style. preferably one where you can read the words.

Photoshop is rather daunting to use (I use it for all sorts of things not related to my webcomic...). You might even use MS Paint for some things, or get that program called GIMP that everyone talks about.
In any case, the medium you should go with is the one that you are most comfortable with and the one that looks the best to you. Most 'manga' style comics go with black/white for everything but title pages and filler/special pages. You could do that, or stick with the color deal you already have.
I only now saw the similarity between Monsters Inc. and your comic, but I wouldn't worry about it lol. We all steal ideas from somebody :P. Just make it your own :), which you have done pretty well I think.

I'm having a VERY hard time reading this comic. I hate cursive writing. I think it's something that should never be used in comics. You sometimes use it, or at least it looks like you do. The hand writing isn't very neat, you switch around with colors of text and stuff, which is unsettling. I'm not sure where the characters are at all for a lot of the time because of the sketchyness and the use of graphite and the lack of ink.
This may work for some people. Jillyfoo seemed to enjoy this. Just not my thing though, and it looks too amaturish to be appealing.
