I'm not sure that they're accepting ads from comic-holders. The Gods of Arr-Kelaan one might mean that they do though - I'm not sure if that's an ad for the comic or an ad for DD itself. At any rate you'd have to ask Volte6, if he can't answer it he might be able to point you to someone at Platinum who can. :)
