I want to create custome title text for my 2nd project that im posting along with Digital Desire but I dont know how to do it. I want to know is there any program or anything to create custom fonts for titles on cover pages?

Creating new fonts is usually something best left to people who know what they're doing with it.
You'd probably be better to hit up http://www.dafont.com/ or somewhere. There's so many fonts there it'd be hard not to find something useable.
