Yeah... never start a request with "I suck... please let me know that I suck." 'Cause then you wil probably get exactly what you are asking for.
that said...
If your goal is to draw an anatomically correct human, then I would say practice more, remember that people have shoulders.
If this is cartoony, then you have theright idea, just clean it up.
If this is supposed to look catoony AND sketchy, then you are done.
I guess if we knew what you wanted out of your drawing, then we could help you out...

I have no idea what I'm seeing here. well, I have an idea, but I'm not sure if it's the correct idea.
if the tan thing on the pink wall is supposed to be an fridge, then it looks pretty flat. it doesn't look like a big, 3d box like a fridge might look like.
you should try getting into perseivce 3d drawing, to make it look more intersting.
I noticed that the cup thingy and the box of tissues (at least I think it is) had eyes, so I assume they're characters.
even they look flat, and not looking like they're supposed to be characters or something.
I made an verision of your own drawing to show you how much a indepeth 3d viewpoint could make everything seem more intersting. notice how everything seems more detailed than before when you do it in a more 3d viewpoint? even adding magents on the fridge adds an nice touch.
even if the werid objects on the table wasn't what I thought it was, at least I hope this picture gives you an idea of what you could do.
