Seriously Cs:S is just about the most addicting game ever.
1090 hours since July 4 05. My grades slipped, Lost friends, I missed work over this game.
But it's great! And you should play it too (but don't become 'dedicated') Who plays this or any other Steam game (hl2, hl, Cs 1.6 , cs:cz, gmod etc)
Omg awesome. If I'm not on here - I'm probably playing CS.

Not to mention 1.6 is about 50 percent hackers.
And yea Steam has it's problems (like it's awful support) but I'm used to it now.

Yea but without Steam you'd have illegal players and hackers. I happen to like VAC and I think it does a good job, but without Steam it's useless. Some upgrades would be nice though. And I wish they'd test their updates before releasing em.
