Those have both been busted by the Mythbusters, actually.

A duck's quack does, in fact, echo. However, the sound sort of reverberates naturally in the first place in a way that sounds just like an echo, so the echo effect gets lost. Sort of the whole "can't find the forest for the trees" deal.

The second one, I'm assuming you mean by sneezing. It's possible if you've got some kind of eye injury or other problem, but the average person can sneeze all they want with their eyes forced open and suffer no ill effects.

ok, there are ground-to-sky lightnings, but that's not always the case... and there are a couple of reasonable evidences of sky-to-ground lightnings, if you think about it :D
