1. What's the best controller for PC gaming? Should i just use an 360 controller or is there something better out there?
2. What's the best multi-platform/pc DDR pad to get?
3. Is there a mult-platform/pc guitar controller out there?

1. The 360 controller is convenient, but whether or not it's be best depends on what kind of gaming you're going to do and whether or not you like the feel of the controller. If you're going to be doing a lot of emulation or arcade style gaming, the 360 controller is pretty piss poor. The d-pad is horrible for anything that uses eight-directional control and it can be a pain in the butt mapping things like the shoulder triggers, analog sticks, and even the d-pad to the control configurations for games not made by Microsoft. If you're looking for things other than FPS's or PC versions of recent console games, you may be better off with a cheap Logitech dual shock clone. If you've already got the wireless controllers, though, the $20 wireless dongle works incredibly well.
2. Cobalt Flux , but be prepared to drop top dollar on those.
3. Yes, there is. The 360 Guitar controllers are USB and should work with the PC (in fact, the PC version of Guitar Hero III came with the 360 controller, not a new version made for the PC). I'm not sure if it works with the various downloadable Guitar Hero knockoffs, though.

wut?
A Dualshock 3 is basically just the Sixaxis with rumble. It looks EXACTLY like every other controller Sony has ever put out ever. How is it in any way similar to the 360 controller? If anything, the 360 controller would be a clone of the PS3's controller if they have anything at all in common, because Sony had theirs out first.

Yes I know that this game is retarded. It's also fun for some retarded reason.
This one is less retarded, but it's mostly just fun for the trolling

Actually, the 360 controller is more like the bastard child of the original Dual Shock and the Saturn analog controller. No matter how you look at it though, there is nothing original in the 360 controller.

Thanks a lot, I don't play a lot of microsoft games so you saved me from playing with a 360 controller. I do a lot of emulation and love my old school games. After a second look through the various stores, i think i will go with some of the logitech controllers/ gamer stuff. I'll have to check out how well the 360 guitar controllers next time im out too.
