Considering PW ads for Punk-Pink!

Pretty much, what the title says... I'd like to put some PW ads on my site, to pay for... well, ironically enough, advertising. I was wondering if I should take the plunge, and if so, how much I should charge. Right now I'm getting over 2,000 pageviews a day, which I expect to drop after Punk-Pink! is off the feature list this week, but hopefully not by much.

I wouldn't start off with a minimum bid. Instead, leave the minimum at 0 for now. See what level of bids you get (it may take a few weeks before you see where you'll stand most of the time) and then base the minimum you set on that. If you're getting an average of .05 an day, for example, and that's relatively consistent for a while, go ahead and make the miminum .04 or .05.

Don't set a minimum. At your views you'd probably be losing more traffic anyway... you want to draw people in and see where their bids tend to be at, and then set a minimum. Or not. I don't like minumum bids... usually if your site is worth it, they'll bid it up anyway.

But don't start with a minimum. I see a lot of sites with low traffic start out like that and I wouldn't bid on them. However, I'll contest with other bidders for an advertising spot on a lower traffic site if I like the spot... though I was probably drawn in by the original no minimum... snrk.

I'd say do it, but leave it at no charge and see how people bid.
