Basically the question is this, i'm looking for people who do commissions.
And by that i mean character portraits etc on custom order.
It'd be fantasy setting, elves, orcs etc.

Basically it'd be free advertising for those who offer the option.

Well, i did a free commision sesion and got only 5 people interested, so i dont think anyone will be interested in my art, though ive seen many very untalented artists getting paid very well for commisions... so im always like WTF??.

I was thinking about making some sketchcards as well... but I dont have markers T_T.
(Im willing to make 5 free sketch cards for anyone who send me a cool art prismacolor marker set ;) ^__^)


Either way i was thinking i could do commisions (B&W inked) for 30$ like these in 300dpi. (and 50$ for the 600dpi original file.)

I suspect it's more a matter of being known enough or not.

No, people love to buy crap. They LOVE it. At my commissioned painting job at RennFest, people always buy what I spend the least time on and I'm all "T.T" and it happens everywhere. As for adding a commission site, I got nothing.

To that I can attest. I've seen it at conventions all over the place, especially RPG ones.

I do commissions. I do them really well.

LOL, so then, its good that i dont get commisioners.. that might mean i dont suck ^^ HAHAHA (joking)

Do the prices I stated in my previous post too exagerated for the quality of my work? I dont like it when someone rips people off, so i dont want to be doing it myself ^^.
