I'm stuck, it says New Comic Title then send, but send what? Is there a browse button or uploadmidige2000 or something, because I don't see it, I click send and it goes to main page! :s

your browser is having a problem displaying the browse button. (Rather, the code isn't optimized for all browsers.) Try a different browser and you should see the button. Or, if you're using IE8, I believe there's an 'optimize' (or... something like that) function in one of the dropdowns. compatibility mode I think?
