Is there any way I can have different title images on my comic so that readers can easily distinguish where they are in terms of Story arcs/sagas or is the title image the same throughout?

I think you might be out of luck there. It's the same title image throughout because all the archive pages are generated from the template. There's no way to make differences on the pages like that.

That's an interesting idea though! It would be worth keeping handy when Wowio is looking for features to add.
