I feel stupid asking, but how do you upload a new thumbnail as your comic pic? I've uploaded more than one comic, do I just need to wait for those comics to get published? (only one is published to my comic so far)

I think you change it in your control panel under the "1. Comic Overview" option.

I know, but for me it says:

There's no "Choose File" button.

Doesn't work on internet explorer, get a new browser. Opera, Chrome, Safari or FireFox.
Also, this goes in the "help how do I section."

I think if you turn on compatibility mode in IE, the button will show up :]

Thanks! It doesn't work in Chrome for me, but I'll try Safari. That would probably work, seeing as I can see the button on my iPod touch (ue obviously can't click it). Hopefully a new, well done, thumbnail will attract more people... Currently, mine looks like a six-year-old did it. And it's way worse-looking than the comic itself.
