im trying to change the comic thumbnails to some of my comics but i cannot remember hot to do so. can anybody help me?

Go to "My Account". Find the "Edit" button by your comic. Click it. It'll take you to your comic overview, and right at the top you'll see your thumbnail and a place to upload a new one.
