Is Comic Gen really bloody slow or is it just me? Did something happen over there in the past 5 months that I don't know about?
-That's how long since I bothered to update my archives there... I'm just trying to get them up to speed again now (haha), but if it's that slow all the time now, maybe I shouldn't bother.

Does anyone know anything?

Their ftp has always been slow, but the site's are loading fine.

Well loading my comic archive pages is taking forever right now! Like this one . It may be something just this minute, or particular to me? I duuno...

I don't use their ftp anymore, only through their HTML form.

My archives are loading at about regular speed. And some of them are up there in size. I agree that yours took along ass time to load though.

Came up pretty quick for me. Haven't noticed any problems on my site either.

Ah well, thanks for the help guys. It was MUDEROUSLY slow (constant timeouts) a few hours about, but now it's working fine... I might have just caught them at a bad moment.

---edit--- no, no, still Quite slow at times, and then not at all at others. But King's Children at play site never slows. Maybe it's because I'm on comicgen instead of comicgenesis, if that makes any difference...

Sometimes their updating queue is clogged, if that's what you're thinking of...

Unfortunatly unlike real war it kind of petered out on both sides. It was fun though.
