has anyone seen this new webcomic hosting site. pretty neat, and clean layout. I guess it is new becuase it only has like 20 comics hosted at the moment. Seemed to be DD and SJ, Gigacast, Comixpedia and NightGig friendly (as in no competion just alternative).

Most of the comic hosting sites are friendly toward each other. Even the "war" with ComicGenesis was just some goofy fun.

I have met one in particular that had no respect for DrunkDuck whatsoever, but the host literally gave me money not to mention it by name lest it cause problems for him.

yah it is good to have choice, cuase what works for one does not work for all. :P

It is also good for those of us that like to whore our comics...I'm on every site you listed including comic dish (and you forgot comic genesis, the various lists and choice comics). If there were comic STD's I'd be rolling in them since I'm a comic whore and not afraid to admit it.

Comic Gen is mainly a bunch of elitists. Yeah, their stuff may be good, but it's all too stuck up and not enough community oriented.

I don't know about that. There are a lot of really nice people on their forum. Their forum is their community, you network there rather that on the comics. Its just a different method in my opinion. But you are right, when concerning non-CG comics they can be very egotistical.
