Hi there, I wasn't sure if this is the right place to post this, so please move me if I am in the wrong place.

My name is Mark Torres and I host a (LIVE) weekly radio show called "The Comic Book Novice" which airs (locally in the NY area) on 1240AM WGBB each and every Thursday at 9pm EST. We also have live audio streaming at www.am1240wgbb.com. Our archives can be heard at www.thecomicbooknovice.com

On our 9/13 show we will be talking with a rep from Drunk Duck, but in the meantime I'd like all of you to listen in to our show and let me know what you think. If it's ok, I will be posting weekly updates with our show topic of that week.

Tonight we will be talking with Everett Soares creator of the comic Sky Pirates.

Is there anyway for a creator to get an interview on a program like this? I've a lovely deep man voice that everyone needs to hear.

Well, what we usually do is have whoever wants to be on our show first listen to it! Make sure this is a show you want to be on. Then after that, either contact myself or Peter Palmiotti. Usually we ask for stuff so we can look at or sites we can check out. Then if we like it we'll set up a date for you to be a guest on. It's that easy!

Sometimes we just meet people at a con that we really like and ask them to be on. So there are many ways.

"The Comic Book Novice" is looking for a fourth co-host to join us on our live weekly radio show. The requirements are as follows:

1) The person MUST either have a car OR live near West Babylon, NY
2) The person must be able to not only do the show on a weekly basis, but also be able to attend conventions and other CBN functions.
3) The person must be able to read live copy on the air
4) The person must like comics.
