Is there a moment in your comic that pretty well sums up one of your characters? If so please link us and explain.

I'd assume the personality.

I don't think I have any moments like that yet. Right now the focus is more on comedy, so there's quite a bit of slapstick and verbal tussling. I guess that suits Fyrinae down to the ground (although even she's got more to her) but the others... Not so much.

I guess there's one that could count... Page 2 in Chapter 2. (The artwork is awful, so I feel a bit off about linking it since for anyone who goes there that's most likely the first bit of my comic they'll see. Did I mention it sucks? XD)
Fyrinae's disguised herself and Martin, knowing full well that for a lot of guys, that kinda disguise will lead to 'bewbsyay!' and then she'll have an excuse to smack him in the crotch. She's smart, petty and mean, especially against Martin (although she herself isn't sure why yet) and I think the page shows that quite well. ^_^
Currently rewriting Pictures from the start - and it is now called In Carnate.

Hmmm... There are way too many facets of each character to be summed up on a single page (plus, they develop and change throughout the course of the comic...), but I do have a few pages that speak volumes to their character.

For Yuki, page 146 shows her confident/wiley/kickass side as she was kidnapped by some ticked off criminals. Page 243 shows a fair range of Yuki-ness from her happy-go-lucky nature to the concerned friend.

For Seiko, I think page 249 is the most defining and somewhat metaphorical, as she spares the life of a copperhead and lectures on the value of life. (A philosophy she applies to human beings too...)

On page 200 , Kaida gives a morality lecture to a man who was wrongfully arrested for a crime she committed. Page 262 is probably a good defining page for Kaida's aggressive side, since she shot at the mailman.

Page 205 is a defining page for Tristan as an accidental hero, and page 214 shows him as the bumbling would-be thief. And page 218 shows him as the overly determined loving brother.

Mike can be defined early on by page 131 as a very emotional little punk and on page 269 by his dry sarcasm. (Mike has a lot of twists and turns in his character development. When he's first introduced, he's a henchman of a major villain.)

Fudo's defining pages are a bit more diverse. The Fudo we currently know and love to hate can be defined by page 291 . The former Fudo, overly emotional, spazzing out and screwing up can be seen on page 173 .

Toyo made the perfect first impression and can be fairly summed up by that on page 229 .

The comic "Octopus Arms" was my first strip to really show people how strange Terry Lee was... :o)

http://www.drunkduck.com/Antcomics/index.php?p=212164

In "Haiku" Terry Lee makes up a little haiku about each band member, and in turn, Marco makes up one about Terry Lee...

Edited because I forgot to add ... [...]

Frank Baron has a lot of "character" moments, I feel, but I think this one is probably the most revealing so far.

Frank Baron, NSO #25

I think this page defines David pretty well enough so far:
David

And these two pages define Zoe at least in part:

Zoe p.1
Zoe p.2

I think the last panel of the first episode sums up both my characters pretty much perfectly. Their looks alone define the way they are.

Wow. I just realized how crappy my earlier pages are. Especially compared to my more recent pages.

I've always felt that this page really summed up my two main characters in personality. Totally captures their 'old married couple' bickering plus the persistent witty banter in a time where they really should just be concentrating on the situation at hand.

I don't there's a page in general that I've posted so far yet that really sums up the comic. There are just too many plot devises it would have to nail. Course, with a title like Star Cross'd Destiny, I think this page fits . Perfectly.

http://www.drunkduck.com/Adrienne_Clare/index.php?p=202870

The page is my favourite Adrienne moment I've yet to come up with. It kind of reflects how nervous she is, shy and bold at once, good natured, naive (though she prefers to hide it) and it isn't always a bad thing . . It's also one of her only moments of laughter thus far, kind of a relief!

Awesome thread, and some awesome links guys! =P Here are mine.

http://www.drunkduck.com/The_Realms_of_Aegis/index.php?p=209797
Brond, the metal headed guy, he's the only of his kind in this city, I feel the first and second panel tell his entire life in this city over the last 150 years. Everyone's moving on, and yet he's standing still, forever anchored to his job and position.

http://www.drunkduck.com/The_Realms_of_Aegis/index.php?p=103388
Vineth, the guy that is talking, panel two. That's him in a nut shell.

And one last one.

http://www.drunkduck.com/The_Realms_of_Aegis/index.php?p=95231
The last panel outlines Calmbler's every day.

Well my character Genesis is basically a crazy gamer who takes everything to a literal stand. I suppose the best page I have so far to date to show this would be my latest one.

Here.

Welcome to the academy of the 1337. Try not to get fragged.

George is a VERY silly Dragon. Almost every one of the strips he has apeared in show his true character. He is very intelligent, and like to pull one over on his "enemies".

I think this comic shows the true spirit of George
http://www.drunkduck.com/George_the_Dragon/index.php?p=270858

Though the one I just posted today is pretty good in that respect too :D
Find out what George is up to:

Go! Visit George or he may have to eat you!*
*Disclaimer: George may or may not eat violators depending on hunger level and scarcity of better tasting prey.

Crazed yet....with good intentions most of the time? XD GORE AND STABBAGE! Heads up!

(Sorry the whole comic isn't up on DD at the moment, thus the Devart link.)

I'd have to say that Lady Jeks' character is pretty well summed up on page 60 right before she gets eaten and the couple of pages before that.

Tily is having one of those moments right now (page 61) due to what just happened, and the other two main characters haven't really had their chance yet!

hmm... well, Eve is generally portrayed as a well-meaning girl, and she probably seems a little mary-sueish to some people, because she's generally nice and understanding... but in this part even though she doesn't really mean to, she's gossiping about her friend King and telling Tom all about King's past, which King obviously doesn't want in the open. So I guess that part shows one of her big flaws, which is that she can be so attention-seeking that she'll potentially hurt others in order to get some recognition. I mean, cause even though she's wearing a sympathetic face and stuff, what she's doing is kind of bitchy.

and I think this page definitely shows how Tom almost always reacts... (and it's well-drawn! nyeh heh!) as one of my commenters said on that page, "inferiority complex made obvious!" which not only made me rofl a little, but is pretty true. he obviously doesn't believe in himself, and I don't think he wants to believe in himself, because it's easier for him just to cower and let other people do things.

this page really makes me like Cliff a lot more, because it shows that there's actually some thought going on behind that pretty face of his. I said in my notes on that page, "Cliff's not as oblivious as he seems; he had figured out from Suzy's reactions and stuff that she likes him. Also, Cliff is a rebel (uh.. kinda)!! and has a strong sense of right and wrong. That last bit is important, as it'll come into play in the remote future of this comic. ~_~ " and that basically sums it up.

as far as Erika, I think this page probably changes readers' views of her... (and of cliff, omg he's sooo adorable!) she's not all THAT bad! she has a nicer side! and she really understands cliff a lot more than it seemed like she did, and she likes him not just for being a hot jock, but for being one of the very few sincere people at her school.

King has had some defining moments, like when he cheers up Tom or his tragipast, and when he's brusque to tom (he does that a lot, haha!) but his real defining moment isn't going to come for a while. When it does, he'll make a lot more sense... (I'm so psyched to do that part of my comic, it's one of the biggest reason why I update so ferociously, I can't wait to draw it!!)

I think that's it.

My characters are deliberately frozen into pre-set personalities and thought patterns, but some of my strips better reveal the core-nature better than others.

For Sadly The Clown, this strip http://www.drunkduck.com/POLITICS/index.php?p=285305
pretty much nails the clown's inner core. As for the other character, I haven't produced that one perfect tale-tell strip for her.
