That... isn't implemented yet. (Actually it hasn't ever been since the new site happened in June or whenever.) Hopefully it will happen soon, I know it's on the to-do list.

Who is Volte, and how do I "pq" him/her? I just registered last night so I am completely new. My confirmation email did not go to my email address, so I cannot do anything at all. What do I do? Thanks!

Volte is Volte6, the guy who really runs the place and does the coding. :) You can send a PQ (like a PM) by clicking on the little envelope under 'my account' and 'logout' in your right-hand bar... then again, you have to be logged in to do that.
