Changing Title Images

I am having trouble changing the title image of one of my webcomics (Monster Lover Specifially) I have tried deleting the old title, I need help in figuring out wtf I am doing wrong...thanks

This has to do with the image bug, there's a bunch of threads about this in these forums.
For a temporary solution, upload the file you want with a new file extension- if you're using jpg, try using jpeg, gif, or png :) That usually works.
