Changing the picture on a page?

I found a way to make my comic pages look better, and I want to reload them. If I change the image for a certain page of the comic, will all the comments left on it be lost?

I don't know what you mean by reload, but if you mean edit them by replacing the previous page with the new one on the edit screen then no the comments will not be gone.
Read this comic. It is the greatest journal comic ever written and drawn. Trust me.
