Have you done one or had one made of you? They're pretty cool. Recently, during my holiday in Malaysia, my three cousins and I had ours done. We got to choose what we could be doing/appear as. Their caricatures were no much for mine.

That's right. I got to be drawn as Roy Mustang. Hell yes.

I wanted to show this to you last month, but never got round to do it. Eh.

Show us your caricatures!

I was hired to draw caricatures at a Fine Arts Fundraiser night for my high school last spring. (It's a whole big schpiel that's called Bistro Night and is supposed to be a big community thing, but really, it's just a big fundraiser for the Fine Arts department for my school. Not that that's a bad thing...) I actually made $25 off of it!

I don't have any of the caricatures with me though, since I gave them to all the people I drew them for. I have people still come up to me and tell me they've framed them or whatever. It's a good feeling.

lol right on! You were drawn as the Flame alchemist~(which is a tiny bit ironic seeing your username :P )

Sure!

I guarantee nothing, though. I didn't think the caricatures were that great myself, but oh well. Half the fun was that I had no idea what I was doing since I had never drawn caricatures before in my life.

Send me a picture of yourself and an action you'd like to be doing.

I had one done of me like six years ago, but mostly I'm on the drawing end of the caricatures. I'm actually doing some at an elementary school carnival this coming Saturday :) Caricatures are pretty neat; I just like sitting and watching the artists work sometimes!

9_9 You went to Malaysia? Well, I'm from Malaysia too and I know Malaysia has quite a number of street artists who drew caricatures.

Here's one I was asked to do for a Xerox employee celebrating his 30th anniversary at that company. I was told he liked to play golf so I incorporated that into the caricature sketch. The "windmill" blade is actually a skewed view of the Xerox logo.
