I think it's either a wind pushed or human pushed massive cardboard construction, made as an artistic project.I'd hope it was self supported too.
Initially I thought it might be CG, but I think it's real now ^_^

Reminds me of those sci-fi stuff you see on movies. I saw a man's leg. Definitely human pushed.

It's still pretty cool. In sweden(Could be somewhere else...) they have walkers like that made entirely out out of plastic tubing. They're powered by wind.
