Hail to you all!
I've recently (around Christmas) picked up comic drawing, and to motivate me a bit, I decided to start a webcomic, so I could get critics about my work and get to draw a bit more, because I still have problems drawing things that are related to nothing. Anyways, that part has nothing to do with my problem.
My problem is the following: I needed a scanner, so my mom gave me her Umax Astra 1220P. Problem is I can't make it work, and I do not know enough about computers to help myself.
My first post ever on DD, about technical problems with a very old scanner... Ouch!

But it died... :(
Those drivers should work ok with Windows XP.

I dled that driver, yet when i installed it, it suddenly froze...
