ok, that is not true. Maybe some muslims are taught that, but when you say "muslims" that is saying "all muslims". Two of my best friends are muslims and we have a go at each other's beliefs all the time (in jest).

If somebody is actually religious and not using it as a cover for their propaganda bullshit, they're generally pretty nice. Example: I know a guy who is extremely Christian, Republican voter, all that, but he has never done or said anything mean to another person. Example of propaganda bullshit: That Senator who cheated on his wife recently. He started quoting the bible trying to explain why he should get away with it. Not that anyone noticed because of MJ's death, but that was the kind of thing that gives people the idea that all Christians are fanatical hypocrites.

Well...lol, the truth is, according to the Bible he has, or any man has the right to "cheat" on their wives. Women are nothing more then property. Period.

As for "positive spirituality" surviving on DD? Sure it can. Show us some. The Buddhists have a very positive spiritual path that's only agenda in the liberation of all living things from suffering. The Wiccan's and other new age religions also have some very positive outlooks and agenda-less motivations.
But those of you out there crying why your Bible or Quaran can't catch a break need a refresher course in history. See the state of the world? Guess where it all goes back to? This is why people are so fed up with it in general. We're just tired of it..sick and effing tired of all it's B.S. and the misery it has brought to this world.
If your religous, fine. Great. Practice it, embrace it, live by it, but...when you start flapping your gums about the disrespect it's receiving or "why's everyone picking on my religion boo hoo" then be ready for some serious factual confrontation.
