Have you had any cameos of famous people/cartoons/other webcomic characters as extras(not part of the main content) in your comic? If yes then list them out! With links!

I did this strip for Talk Like a Pirate Day, featuring Jack Sparrow, Guybrush Threepwood and Blackbeard.

And speaking of Blackbeard... he's the major bad guy in my latest storyline ...or a part of him, at least. ;)

And though I didn't draw it, this guest art by Inkmonkey shows his Captain Morgan meeting my Captain Ridley.

My comic centers around numerous religious figures. Although I did have a George Washington cameo once.

The Headless Horseman has been interviewed in Teenology, twice . So was Erag , a character in my HVH comic.

That's about all the cameos I've had.

Oh God yes. I've even got a whole story arc focused on them. A bus is a great plot device for me.

It started here and lasted about nine pages.

I want to do it more often. I had Puff in mine, like, once.

I've had myself and a friend in one of the story arcs. I should really stop this, it's really egoisitc and lame

And I did a few strips with Metallica doing a cameo

Apart from that, most of my gag strips have references to real life events or people, either in the dialog or in the background

Pikachu's on that page... in the background.
Oh, and Leif looks suspiciously like Judi Dench in the second panel, but that was accidental.

Not terribly original of us to have a PA cameo, though it was with a twist. Anyway it was based off a fan art Jeremy did for them last year at Sakuracon

I'm also doing that other comic "Space Waffles ".
We now have a podcast called The Random Pirate Comics Show!

I had Jesus appear several times in my strip.

In the one called Holy Man He's a peeping Tom and in Heaven V. Hell 2 he's masturbating.

Oh, and the Virgin Mary in the strip called Virginal Conflict .

I've hade Killroy from Killroy and Tina. I've had a character dress up like Fasad fro Bhag. I've had an appearance by the Trix Rabbit, and (sort of) Billy and Mandy.

I currently have plans for an appearance by Jeanette Lee (The Black Widow) and Mark McGrath

I haven't had any yet because I haven't had a chance. XD; But when I start drawing crowds, I'm going to throw in a few faces to make it interesting. Such as my friends' characters and people I know. XD My boss from my last Saturday job has already requested he be included!

I'll have to list them as I draw them. This'll be fun!

I haven't yet, but I'm going to. My main character is in a prison, so I'm going to cameo some of my friend's characters in the other prison cells. :3

A shrunken down Chibi Robo sprite riding on a bike is in this comic. I drew it bigger, but then I had to shrink it down so it would fit right.
My webcomics:
Pica Mystery Thingie
Adventures of PnKS
Ask Pica! (Smack Jeeves exclusive)

I used to do this kind of thing in my webcomic sometimes (cameos from contest winners, other comics, people I knew in real life, even some current cultural references) and was happy about them at the time. 2 years later though I'm looking at the comics again and feeling pretty stupid about them. They seem really cheap and dumb and I felt like the comics would have been better if I'd universally stayed away from stuff like that and just stayed within the comics' 'worlds'. Of course not all of the cameos were obvious, but I knew they weren't genuine, and that's what counts. :)

My cameos aren't very obvious. People never really pointed them out so I don't know if they should count. For the most part I made cameos because I didn't want crowd people to look cut-and-paste.

last panel: President Bush as a zombie cowboy- http://www.drunkduck.com/The_Planet_Closest_To_Heaven/index.php?p=5576

Kim Jong 2

Kim Jong 3

Chaucer didn't actually show up, but I did a strip of just his text:
Chaucer

I try to avoid cameos from other comics, although I did allow a single reference to Radioactive Fanboys to appear, and I adopted the hand puppets from The Repository Of Dangerous Things.

I have a Stan Bush cameo, although I didn't realize that he had cut his hair since the eighties.
