I'm heading out the the aptly named California Comic Convention (http://www.calcomiccon.com ) in Yorba Linda, CA, on January 31st. It looks like it will be a pretty small affair, but more importantly, I'll be attending the first ever webcomics gathering, sponsored by Webcomics Advocates of Southern California.(http://webcomicsadvocates.com )

Basically, we'll be meeting at a local restaurant (T.B.A.) immediately following the convention, so about 5:15 PM. Anyone who is involved in the creation of webcomics, or anyone who is a big fan of webcomics, is strongly encouraged to attend. Of course, it would help if you happen to be in the Southern California area. We'll be hanging out, eating, and discussing webcomics. Since it's our first meeting, it might be very small, but we have to start somewhere, right?
