Ok I was playing this on my MAME emulator. It is a side scrolling brawl game just like Final FIght. In fact, it was made by Capcom.
In the middle of the game I was fighting this green guy. He looks EXACTLY like Blanka from Street Fighter. The only difference was he had a tail.
But same pants, skin, hair, same colors.
If you have MAME. Download this ROM and check it out. The game is fun. And I really wonder if they got Blanka from that game.
In the game his name was Buldge though (o_O)

I used to read the comic, it was published by darkhorse in the monthly Aliens comics. It was pretty much an extra bandwagon jump at the whole Jurassic Park thing that was in at the time.

Im sure the reason for the dinosaurs was never fully explained, it was all "THERE ARE CARS, WITH HUGE ENGINES AND MOTHERFUCKING DINOSAURS BITCH" during the intro but i cant remember why.

Capcom may be too cheap to pay licensing on properties they don't own. There are quite a few brawlers which I rate higher than this one which Capcom is equally unlikely to release on any of their classics packs in the future.
