I think I might be missing a step somewhere, but I'm not sure what...
When I go to edit my comic, I've turned my Homepage On, and then to Forum/Blog, enter my information, and check "Use as Blog" and submit. But on my Homepage, I see someone else's blog and not my own.
What do I do, please?

I don't see anything. Generally, the homepage is not recommended as it makes commenting more annoying. All that function does is link to the forum when someone wants to comment.

You can, but you'll have to switch out of the templates into the custom HTML mode. From there you have relatively free reign over the site's design.
