Two questions..
1. I can't seem to get the blog to work. I put in what I want and click "use as blog" but all I get is a black comment box supposedly posted in 1969, and with -1 comments.
I've seen other people with it working so I've been wondering why mine isn't..
2. I clicked to receive e-mail alerts on a few comics, but I never receive them. Is this a bug also?

I believe you also have to enable forums to get the blog to work?
Also I'm not sure about the e-mail alerts... I'm having the opposite problem, I still get notification for comics I don't want any more :)
