The third Budokai intro is Ok, but I have to say the first Sparking (Tenkaichi) intro is shit. The CG in that is worse than the cutscenes in Tobal.
As for 2D DBZ intros, while Final Bout sucked as a game, I liked the intro better than the Budokai intros.

Man, I had forgotten how cool the Day of the Tentacle opening was. I really wish somebody would let those guys make an animated feature.

The artist from Day of the Tentacle all kind of went their separate ways. The art director ended up working as a concept artist on a number of films. Another animator ended up as a visual effects artist and Kyle Balda ended up at Pixar as an animator.

really? good for them because they deserve it.
Speaking of Lucasarts(keep in mind when I was a kid I've always wanted to work at Lucasarts before they went all crazy and stuff about star wars)
unfortunately they don't have the music montage with the awesome theme. Outlaws had a pretty cool atmosphere. Plus Isukun do you anything about the people who worked on the cutscenes for this game.

Eh, I never really pay much attention to intros.
But Disgaea 2's 2D animated intro was good... Oh, and Twilight Princess too.
