Oh, and for those that read the title and immediately deem it cringe-worthy...don't worry, it's hardly noticeable that it happens. Even the commentators aren't instantly aware of his injury.

Because that guy was in really poor shape on all he was doing was jumping straight up and then falling on his bum.

It was mostly the ridiculous move...
I've seen people break their leg in three places by jumping in a similar manner on top of a pool table.

Hand eye coordination is key to landing when u wildly jump backwards. It's clear tha this guy did not have that. Combined with ozones observation of his health status (play enough wow and that will do it to anybody lol) and it's a recipe for disaster

Yeah, I was thinking it was a combination of the two. Though I'm surprised by the fact that he seems so nonchalant about the whole thing. Maybe he was in shock or something.

Anyway, I admit that I laughed at first, but now I feel bad for the guy. This is just one of dozens of videos uploaded about the incident. He will forever be known for this what with how many videos get thrown up. At least the one consolation is that this serves as a warning for people trying such a dance move.
