Yeah... wanna talk about BF?
I only do BF2 myself because that's all I could be bothered buying and it's fun enough. Mastering the helicopters and jets was damn hard though, especially with a mouse. Damn hard! But fun. I suppose they're so fun because they're so hard, so it means you're better than most people who play.

Fave classes:
AT- Love doing that. The missile launcher thing is like a one shot sniper rifle, it's brilliant. It's also especially fun to kill helicopters with. ...as well as stupid people who think it's fun to hover in the Lightning. BOOM!

Sniper- Such pleasure to be a ninja sniper, running around and hiding. Killing unseen from miles away, or up close with the silenced pistol ^^ And laying claymores right in the path of some dweeb who's hunting you lol!

Woo! Battlefield 1942 is my favorite, and I pride myself on my piloting skills.

Also, I'm a badass with the bazooka, it's my best weapon out of all of them, the most kills, and by FAR the most fun.

Battlefield 2, I would have to say medic kit. What can I say? I like helping people, and the ability to defibulate the enemy is so so fun.

sometimes i get so used to cloaking that when i played bf2 i keep trying to press the cloaking button

I play BF2 on both PC and 360.

I jump in those tanks and its on like donkeykong.

The tanks are fun. Shooting down helicopters with tanks is just lovely, even better when you kill some bastard in a jet! I've done that a few times: some bugger comes in low to bomb me, and I blast the hell out of him just before he lets the bombs go.

Bombing in jets is hard... I'm not very good at that. I can fly, dogfight and land them Ok though.

I'll probably buy 2142... Because it's newer and there'll be more local players. I just always thought itd be another crappy BF2 mod.

Being in Australia means I have a high ping on US servers though and I get kicked off the slower ones, despite my broadband :(
I find the US players nice and polite and friendly in BF2. They're really a better class of people than your average Aussie gamer. Funnily the Aussies seem a bit more hardcore too, but that might just be because I play late when all the hardcore freaks play, as well as those Asian internet cafe gamers who tend to get on our severs for some reason... They tend to be just as rude as the rudest Aussies, and just as pro as the best of them.

2142 new patch seems to be holding up, haven't had a crash for a bit. also the new patch added new gadgets like the recon gets a false beacon you can put down which will trick the enemies's radar

Battlefield 1942 is ALL I play. I cant afford any newer games. :( I like the planes and being a repair man. XD

Bumped because this thread officially rules. I have 2142 and BF2:MC.

I really don't have a favorite class, I just pick the best one for them moment, which isn't the best strategy, but I never said I'm good at the game.
