It's hard to see what I'm doing, but the main concept is that I'm using the "break apart" function to seperate the empty sections of the lineart into something colorable. I don't use inkscape all that much, but it's a nice program and I figured that this might be useful for some. A lot of people end up tracing behind their lineart to fill in the blanks.
