Um...can anyone out there tell me how to create a banner? huh!? I'm kinda lost in that area...

Make a JPG, png, or GIF image or images that are no bigger (combined), than the following guidelines:

Basically the full size cannot cross over into the white area. A banner can be long and short or stocky and tall. :)
(file size bellow 70k)

And here's how to do the code:

Banner link;
{url=http://www.drunkduck.com }{img}http://www.drunkduck.com/gfx/avatars/avatar_18574.jpg {/img}{/url}

Substitute the link text and image link for your own. Replace the curly brackets with square ones and the links will look like this:

You can't link to it from "My Documents". It has to be linked to from a location on the web.

You can upload it to the "files" section of your comic control panel. In that case your link for the image would look like this:

http://www.drunkduck.com/INQUIETUS/gfx/ banner.png

-substitute the writing in blue with the name of your image.

And your sig code would look like this:
{http://www.drunkduck.com/INQUIETUS }{img}http://www.drunkduck.com/INQUIETUS/gfx/ banner.png{/img}{/url}

Because you probably got the linking code to the image wrong.

Ok, what's the exact name of your Banner image? Did you upload it to your comic account in the "Files" section?

yea, im pretty sure i did. i went to edit html templates for inquietus and clicked on files and then uploaded it there. thats what u said to do...right? im sry if this is frustrating u.

Good for you!
But you made it too big... :(

I think you miss read the size guidelines. A banner can be pretty much 468 wide by 60 pixels high, or 250 pixels wide by 100 pixels high. ok? :)
