There's this really good manga in the Japanese version of Jump now called Bakuman.

It's about comic artists in Japan. It goes through a lot of the process creators go through to get published. I don't care for publishing in Japan..(let the anime nerds dream of that), but it does have useful info about how to make popular comics.

Yeah, I'm really enjoying this manga. They have the dreamteam of Death Note working on it so the art and story are top notch. It really gets me motivated to draw as well :]

Love it, the main character is a retard sometimes though(baw i dun wanna call my gurlfrend becuz i have no balls, baw shuujin is letting a girl in on our project, baw my balls,) etc. I'm glad shuujin is tolerable.

Man, the latest chapter was amazing. It got me really pumped to go and make a page, lol. I like the relationship that the main character has with Eiji. Even though he thinks of them as rivals, he still wants to make sure his comic is the best it can be.

The latest chapter is awesome! There's so much I didn't know about comics in those magazines. I think Eiji is an okay dude when he talks to the main character. I hope they bring back "Money and Intelligence" sometime. It's sad that they have to throw away so many cool ideas.
