...since DrunkDuck does not allow numbers in titles?

Best Plot development award

Most intruiging art award

best emphasis and dialogue between characters award

Most read comic on DD award

Hottest newcomer award

I think that beyond art and storytelling, there should be a "best dialogue" award. I really liked the "best quote" idea too.

Also I think there should be something like "best use of fourth wall breakage" since that's a popular thing that's pretty specific to webcomics. And here are some others:

Best Comic Name
Best Reference
Most Consistently Funny
Best Caracter Duo
Best Title Image

And I completely agree on the whole argument that there shouldn't be a "best anime" category. And if there is, I demand there also be a "best blend of MS Paint cartoons and realism" category.

I once had a pet lemming named Tigger. Turns out bouncing's not what he did best.

Suggestion for next year, then. Shouldn't drama and crime noir be two different categories? Seems odd to lump them together.

We need level up awards. Lets say if a creator or creators improve their art or writing, they should get a level up award telling them you have done a good job and keep it up.
