Should I give a list of movies already released based on marvel comics?
And they didn't start with Blade in 98, or even the horrible Captain America movie in 90. There was a film made of Doctor Strange way way back in the 70s (78). Some other marvel movies worth not mentioning would be the made for tv movies of the hulk (the one featuring daredevil's my favorite) or the made for TV generation x movie, that had almost nothing to do with the x-men or generation x.
And yes. Marvel's going apeshit with the movies now. They're going to release two a year, from a press release I read about three years ago. This year we get Spider-man 3 and the sequal to the Fanastic Four movie.

So who are you on the PvP forums?
(this is referencing the fact that there's a thread there with the same exact list/"Was looking at" text.)
Anyway...yeah. Too many movies.

Awesome. I will never get tired of superhero movies. Even the bad ones are a pleasure to watch.

Why on earth would anyone want to make an Ant-man Movie?
My god... I can't even imagine half of those movies actually making past pre-production.
Wolverine & The X-men? Sounds too much like Spider-man and his amazing friends.

Edger Wright, director of a little film called SHAUN OF THE DEAD. Also John Singleton (yes, THE John black movies Singleton) is doing Luke Cage, with the big tough black guy that was in one of the Fast & Furious movies. The guy who punches the glass on the car with his shirt. Tyrese I think is his name, but I could be wrong. I remember him for that scene in the movie, it was the only good part in that whole movie. It lacked Vin Diesel. The third one was terrible by the way, except for this one scene where Vin Diesel shows up.
And Vin Diesel's on topic, as he is a superhero.

I like superheros to an extent, but I don't want the film industry to become like the comic book industry: Full of nothing but superheros. As much as I doubt that will happen, most movies these days seem to be one of the following:
A comic book movie, a horror movie, a stupid comedy, an "inspirational" sports movie, a sequel to one of the previously mentioned movies, or an actual good movie made by talented directors and with a great screenplay which somehow distinguishes itself from all those other movies that are coming out. Unfortunately the latter doesn't appear often enough.
