So I'm the shmoh who writes Mooks....only due to having moved my artist doesn't feel he can draw it with out me there Emoting every thing.........is this normal?!?!?!?

Maybe. Typing a detailed script does help the artist with how to draw the comic, and if you're being very general or nonspecific it may make things easier on him to have you on standby.

Um, well, it's a little weird. But I guess if he's used to your writing style it might be hard for him to get used to working with someone different..

One thing I can suggest for this is to be REALLY detailed in your descriptions. Write about a paragraph per panel (more or less, depending what's in it, obviously) describing it.
If it still doesn't work, then...I dunno. Your artist is possessed.
