Alright, I have searched high and low and for some reason I can't find this webcomic I found at one time. So someone please help me out.

It's a comic about this guy who has this bad attitude kid living with him (it might be a relative or adopted kid I don't remember). It's a 3 or 4 panel strip and I think it was updated weekly. It started out black and white and eventually became a color comic. One of the strips I remember distinctly was the guy was walking down the street, came across a dead body with a gun laying next to it, he picks up the gun, cocks the gun, and states enthusiastically "Yip Yip!!"

Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? Whats the name of the strip or artist? Someone please help me it's driving me mad trying to remember what that strip was called or where I found it!!!
