My husband and I just got Rockband today for PS3 and we love it. We made a band called "The Lizzies." If I'm understanding it correctly, anyone in the network can join our band as well? (Not sure how that works) ....Anyone want to join uour rockin' band?

No, but I've played it for the Xbox360... I think it's pretty much the same thing. Fun game though. I like it more than Guitar Hero.

I played it at a mates house once. I was. . . well, saying a man with no hands would be better at it than me would be charitable.

Unfortunately I only have the 360 version. It wasn't my choice, though, a friend bought it for me (actually, he bought a second set to get another guitar and gave me what was left). I refuse to pay for live, though, so I don't play online. It's not really the kind of game I would want to play online, though. It's much better with a room full of friends to sing off key and suck at the guitar parts (I play the drums, mostly).

Yeah I play the drums, too. I'm trying to learn how to play drums so it's a really good learning tool. I heard somewhere that if you can get up to Expert on that thing, then you can play real drums. Heh. ....I like singing too, but it's a little too easy. If I want something more challenging I go to the drums.

Yeah we did the online thing last night (Online Multiplayer mode) and it wasn't fun at all. Probably because the two other people in our band were not friends of ours, and every time we tried a new song the other people would keep leaving if we didn't do well enough. Especially when the other people are the Leaders--if they leave, the song ends and everyone is kicked out, and we are jumped back to the Menu. Sucks. ...I think if I tried it with some friends, it would be a little more fun, as they would have a little more patience.

Anyone can play drums if they can swing their arms step with their feet and do both in good rhythm and time.

I like the idea of the game, but it's too expensive for me. I'm too cheap to even get real guitar hero (I'm waiting on the DS version).
I'm also living in the hope that Wii Music isn't really dead.
