Anybody know the name of that song they play when someone falls in love?

Anyone out there happen to know what the name of that bit of classical music is that they play in TV and movies whenever they show a character falling in love with someone? They usually play it whenever one character sees another character for the first time, and then their eyes get replaced with Valentines, there's doves flying in the background, the dude has a hard-on, etc.
