EDIT: In not wanting to get into a deep debate today, I'll just say that what happened there was unconstitutional and ridiculous, he shouldn't of been arrested and tasered for talking...but that guy chose a dumb place to speak up at (John Kerry isn't even Republican and doesn't have ultimate control in impeachment) and is a dumbass whiner with his "HELP!
