I heard that Phoenix comes back but his soul has been stuck inside whats-her-face's body (the little girl medium) after she tried to use him to do her homework for her. Then he is brought to trial for entering a girl's bathroom because he wasn't sure which one he should use, and he really needed to change out of the kimono he was way too big for.

Yeeeeeeah, I'm pretty sure she wasn't serious about all that. If she was, I doubt this game will ever make its way to the States.

It could BE MADE in The States, but the Capcom would sue for copyright infringement... or something like that...

Yes, you can only get away with that in Japan. Although, I got to admit, some doujin games are better than the games they're based off of.
