well, later this month I'm 18 (hooray?), does this mean my account will change to allow access to restricted comics?

I don't think +18 comics can be viewed without an account can they? and I'm not too bothered, not to the extent that I'd log out just to view em.

Pretty sure you should be able to view adult comics once your its your birthday. If there are any problems you could always get in contact with an admin and they'll sort it for you.
