Uh yeah, hi.

There's this odd little thing I keep having; I upload a new page to my comic, and then I see my comic on the front page, on the "This just in" section. But sometimes it disappears from there after I check some other comics or stuff.

Not really big deal, but I like seeing my comic on the front page, so I thought I'd mention about it.

Comics cannot stay on the front page unless they are part of the ranking list on the left, which moves very slowly.
The list you are talking about is just for recently updated comics only and comics move off when other comics update and replace them there :)
The list on the right is for a random choice of comics.

Yes, but I forgot to mention that it's just my comic that disappears from the "this just in" list, in a few minutes. Since I suck at explaining stuff, I'll put it this way:
1) I update my comic
2) It appears to this just in list
3) Someone else updates his/her comic
4) It appears to that list, too
5) I do something else on DrunkDuck
6) My comic disappears, and now it show that another comic as the most recently updated one

weird things happen. But it's unfixable. It goes away usually. Happened to me for a while. Reloading the page occasionaly helps it get through.

Yeah, it happens.

It's a glitch that happens once in a while. Uploading another page fixes that.

This has sort of been happening to me.
My comic doesn't even show up on the just in list though.
And it hasn't for the last few pages I've uploaded.
It's not a huge deal to me, but it's nice seeing your page on the homepage for a bit.

fantasmagoric, that's actually happening to a large number of people currently. we think it's related to the changes in the page uploading system. we've reported it but don't have any kind of eta about anything...

Wasn't this noted as being fixed on July 03, 2010?

I am just saying, because on July 14, 2010 it still isn't working, and it even seems to be going backwards (comics rising UP the list).

Pages uploaded with the new uploader aren't showing up, but comics with the old uploader are. That does need to be fixed.

I haven't seen any comics going UP the list though?
